You can request for the following changes to your booking:
Guest name, bed type (hotels only), smoking preference, special requests, and accessibility options. They may or may not come with an extra charge, are subject to availability and not guaranteed by Waylo.
Type of room, apartment, or other equivalent, number of guests, and travel dates can be changed, you simply have to pay the difference amount, if any.
Please reach out to our round the clock Travel Concierge service (with your confirmation number) for these requests.
Before you change your booking, check the hotel or vacation rental's change and cancellation policy in your confirmation email.
Any applicable fees or rate differences need to be paid before check in, within the free cancellation period.
