Sorry to hear that you have to cancel your trip.

For most bookings, there would be a link in your confirmation email to cancel the reservation.

If you don't see it, please follow the steps in How To Contact Waylo? and we'll glad to take care of your cancellation.

Waylo does not charge any fees for cancellation, but passes on those charged by hotel.

If you found a lower price, just let us know and we'll get you a price match and refund, as long as the hotel is still within the free cancellation period.
