Can I make a reservation directly through the property?
Of course you can. Booking with Waylo offers the following advantages: For registered users, Waylo's rates are lower than many property's direct booking prices. What is Resort/Mandatory fee?
Mandatory fees are fees collected at check-in at the hotel to cover amenities that you may or may not use. Waylo does not support any deceptive fees. However, no company apart from the hotel can waive off this amount as it is supposed to be paid directly to the hotel at the time of either check in or check out. If you believe the resort/mandatory fee is unfair, please let the hotel know directly. Resort fees are disclosed on Waylo on your final check-out page as well as in your confirmation
How does the booking process work?
For most hotels, you'll see a "Reserve" or "See Deals" button. You can tap on that, select the rooms, continue to payment to confirm the room. For a few hotels, the Waylo Support Team assist in the booking process to ensure you have superior customer service. Apart from the customer service, the major upside of booking with Waylo is that Waylo predicts the lowest rates between today and your check-in date and allows you to book at that rate today.
Are the room rates inclusive of tax and service charges?
The displayed room rates will note if the price listed does or does not include tax or service charges. You may also view the total price for a stay by continuing to the booking form.
Can I book a room type that is not listed with Waylo?
If you’re booking online, only those room types available with Waylo will be displayed after you enter your travel requirements. For room types that are not on the site, please reach out to Waylo’s round-the-clock Travel Concierge service.
Why is there more than one rate for the same room type?
Different rates may be due to the different promotions being offered by a property at any given time or because we obtain rates from many different suppliers.
I am unable to book more than 4 rooms.
Waylo's discounts are powered by our proprietary price prediction algorithms. Unfortunately, the algorithm is not applicable, if simultaneously booking for more than 4 rooms. Can I remove the transfer service if I don’t want it?
When a transfer service is listed, it's usually a requirement in order to get to your property of choice. You can choose not to use the service, but properties will be reluctant to remove the fee. You will need to negotiate with the property upon arrival.
Can I stay longer than 30 days/nights?
Waylo typically won't have availability if you are searching for a stay longer than 28 days. If you require more than a 30+ day stay, you need to make 2 separate bookings. For example, a 35 night stay would need to be broken down into 2 bookings - 1 for 30 days and the other for 5 days. If you are unable to do so on the website, reach out to Waylo's Travel Concierge that is available 24 x 7 and we will be happy to assist you with the same.
Can I make a booking for a check-in date of today on the Waylo website?
Yes, this is possible as long as the room is available on the Waylo website when you make a search. Also, the name on the credit card needs to match the name on the booking for same day or next day bookings.
When I check your website and it shows no availability, does it mean that the property is fully booked?
If Waylo displays no availability for a hotel, it is either sold out or it has low availability and our price prediction algorithm can't predict discounts. In this case, please tap on the chat bubble to contact our Travel Concierges. You can also try different hotel/dates.
Are the room rates per person or per room?
The rates displayed are per night for all rooms and all guests, NOT per person. It is important that you input the correct number of guests associated with this booking as rates may change based on occupancy. In some instances, a property limits the number of guests per room. To avoid additional charges when you check in, the number of guests must be accurate.
Why should we book through Waylo and not hotel?
If you book through Waylo, you also get the price protection on price drops as long as it is refundable.
